Formed in 2006 in London by Debora Bonemei and Joanna Puchala, LCP is a multimedia and multiethnic dance company which emphasises on human rights issues mainly human trafficking. The aim is to bring awareness of inequality and violation of human rights around the world through the performing arts.
With support of BBC Performing Arts fund 2011 for the best choreography awarded to Mimmo Miccolis, LCP created a unique human rights based dance performance "Rights(?)'. In collaboration with African Dance Company Tavaziva Dance and Bernie Grant Arts Centre, LCP stood for rights of equal race, gender, social and economical status.
LCP is a non profit organisation with opened networks to various artists who through different forms of art manifestate against violated rights. LCP partnerships with another charity organisation Hurricane of Hearts which is involved in an international fund raising event of 'Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity 2013' to provide Polish hospitals with a medical equipment to save human's life.
In association with Lewisham College in London LCP runs the educational scheme to support dance students in their professional training by facilitating them with additional dance company classes/workshops and merging their skills with the company’s repertoire.
Charity company registration no: 07870517
The organisation was formed following a successful seminar to prepare ethnic minority organisations for contracts from statutory agencies. The event was held on 28 June 2010 in Lewisham and brought together more than 30 local ethnic minority organisations with an interest in bidding for contracts and providing joined-up services to ethnic minority organisations rather than working in isolation, duplicating services, 're-inventing the wheel' and wasting resources.
At Parent Support Group (PSG), we understand that parenting can be extremely rewarding but at the same time, can also have its challenges.
When children reach adolescence these challenges can be magnified and your skills as a parent tested.
As an independent charity PSG has 18 years experience supporting parents and carers through these challenging times.
Established on 9 April 1965, the Civil Service Retirement Fellowship is the only Civil Service charity dedicated to helping retired civil servants, widows/widowers, partners and dependants enjoy a better and more fulfilling retirement.
We operate a range of welfare, volunteering and leisure activities all run and supported by volunteers.
We currently have two volunteering programmes, the Phone Buddy scheme and National Visitors Network which provide telephone based friendship calls and home visits to any beneficiary experiencing loneliness or social isolation.
In addition, we are also available to offer signposting, help and advice on a whole range of subjects.

Parenting can be extremely rewarding but can also have its challenges. When children reach adolescence these challenges can become difficult and parenting skills tested.
At PSG we offer confidential counselling sessions with supervised, trained counsellors and support workers.
We run weekly drop-in sessions for parents and carers to meet in a relaxed environment with others facing similar challenges.
We run a six week course – “Living with Challenging Behaviour” – which provides a safe and fun learning experience for parents and carers wishing to develop their parenting skills, and gives the opportunity to meet in a relaxed environment with others facing challenges. The course focuses on positive communication, active listening, setting boundaries and adopting coping strategies.
Creative Process offer 4 different frameworks; Creative and Digital Media, Marketing, P.R. and Creative. An apprenticeship typically lasts one year and enables the apprentice to be trained and assessed on the job as well as outside of the workplace in some cases. The apprentice gains an industry recognised qualification whilst learning the skills required for them to do the job well. Although the apprentice is employed full time, 5 days a week, they receive 1 day a week (or equivalent) to work on building a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates their competence as well as helps them achieve their qualification. We offer frameworks at level 3 (equivalent to 2 A levels) or level 4 (equivalent to first year of a degree).
Apprentices earn while they learn and do real jobs for real employers. Pay varies among employers but all employed apprentices must receive a minimum of £95 per week, although in many cases the average wage per week is higher.
From our centre in London SE8, we offer a wide range of support, advice, training and practical help. Our watchwords are respect and individual support.
Deptford in south east London is one of the most deprived districts anywhere in the UK with very high levels of social exclusion. That's what makes our work so vital.
About Kali Theatre
Kali Theatre was founded in 1990 by Rita Wolf and Rukhsana Ahmad to encourage, support and promote new theatre writing by women from a South Asian background. Since 2002 its Artistic Director has been Janet Steel.
Kali is the UK’s only theatre company dedicated to championing women writers from a South Asian background. We seek out original writers who challenge our perceptions. We focus on content and ideas as much as on style to present memorable theatre based on challenging and innovative ideas. No idea is too small, no statement too large. We actively encourage our writers and audience to reinvent and reshape the theatrical agenda.
It is our mission to facilitate the creation of excellent professional performing arts by supporting, developing and representing the people who manage and produce it.
ITC membership is for organisations of all sizes and stages of development. Our network has a national reach and supports both venues and companies. ITC welcomes all theatre professionals who support our values.
ITC believes that the performing arts have the power and potential to change lives – being a vehicle for social, emotional and intellectual development. We believe they must be available and accessible to the ‘many’ not just the ‘few’, they succeed most effectively when people are put before profit and thrive on excellent, entrepreneurial management.
