Kahve Dünyası opened its first store in Eminonu in 2004, selling retail and wholesale coffee, now one of the major brand names in the sector thanks to its fast growth.
Kahve Dünyası draws its strength from the demand and likes of its customers, and meets the consumers at many different points across Turkey. Kahve Dünyası offers many traditional and modern coffee varieties, especially Turkish coffee, to the enjoyment of its guests.
Kahve Dünyası offers more than 50 kinds of coffee from traditional Turkish coffee to espresso-based gourmet coffee varieties, from flavored filter coffee to chilled coffee, and from packaged coffee products to regional coffees.
Along with coffee, chocolate production is also another area in which Kahve Dünyası is an expert. Producing all of the chocolate kinds offered for sale in its stores, Kahve Dünyası was the first to serve chocolate alongside coffee.
Kahve Dünyası stores started out in Istanbul with Altınkılıçlar as the manufacturer behind it and spread to major cities around Turkey. It represents the tip of the iceberg that meets the consumer, which has an extensive technology and know-how behind.
Kahve Dünyası set out to create a place for guests to feel as cozy and relaxed as they feel at home and succeeded, considering it a mission to place the Turkish coffee culture to where it deserves in our country and in the world.

Broadcasting House is the headquarters of the BBC, in Portland Place and Langham Place, London. The first radio broadcast was made on 15 March 1932, and the building was officially opened two months later, on 15 May. The main building is in Art Deco style, with a facing of Portland stone over a steel frame. It is a Grade II* listed building and includes the BBC Radio Theatre, where music and speech programmes are recorded in front of a studio audience, and lobby that was used as a location for filming the 1998 BBC television series In the Red.As part of a major consolidation of the BBC's property portfolio in London, Broadcasting House has been extensively renovated and extended. This involved the demolition of post-war extensions on the eastern side of the building, replaced by a new wing completed in 2005. The wing was named the "John Peel Wing" in 2012, after the disc jockey. BBC London, BBC Arabic Television and BBC Persian Television are housed in the new wing, which also contains the reception area for BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra (the studios themselves are in the new extension to the main building). The main building was refurbished, and an extension built to the rear. The radio stations BBC Radio 3, BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 4 Extra and the BBC World Service transferred to refurbished studios within the building. The extension links the old building with the John Peel Wing, and includes a new combined newsroom for BBC News, with studios for the BBC News channel, BBC World News and other news programming. The move of news operations from BBC Television Centre completed in March 2013.
Soho Wine Supply first opened its doors back in 1890, and from its original site in Soho Street, central London, served the local community as a delicatessen with a limited selection of wine & spirits.
After an evening visit from the Luftwaffe, in the early 1940's, the shop relocated to Tottenham Court Road. Here, the focus of the business changed to cater for the ever growing post-war demand for a more varied selection of wine and other alcoholic beverages.
In 1956, Klitos Sotiri moved to the UK from Cyprus and started to work for The Soho Wine Supply, then owned by an Italian family. By 1970, Mr Sotiri became manager of the business, buying the business outright in 1977. The shop again relocated to its current home at 18 Percy Street. Since then it has been a Sotiri family business and is now run by brothers Peter and Kyri who, between them and their loyal team, have over 120 years of service.
We have subsequently evolved from being a retailer of fine wine & spirits to become an invaluable wholesale supplier to the central London prestige on-trade. The shop is still a very important part of the business, showcasing our extensive range of discerning products.
We are proud to have formed long-standing relationships with our suppliers, this enables us to offer our customers a carefully selected range of champagne, wines and spirits. Our policy is simply to offer value and quality at every level.
